I can't tell you just how very happy Mum was with the furniture! I thought it was absolutely beautiful too, fantastic quality and craftsmanship. Bill, my husband, who came over with us to see you, has worked with wood for most of his life and he was highly impressed too. They are an incredible likeness to the original idea ...But better! The colour is just perfect too, amazing!

Mum had a lot of trouble with furniture that she bought before. She expected to get cabinets made to order and she had old, either used or ex shop display units delivered. It was a bit more expensive than the furniture she has just purchased from you and it was warped, badly matched in colour with faulty fittings and had most definitely been used somehow before. It took about a year to fight to get her money back and caused her a lot of stress and worry. Paying all that money for rubbish that she wasn't happy with and not what she ordered, wasn't any better than having the money stolen. Anyway, getting the beautifully made, wonderful cabinets from you has put an end to what has been an awful time for her. I can't tell you how much that means, to her and to me.

My consignment arrived at my house yesterday. It was on Alderney from last Thursday's boat, but I was in Guernsey for 3 days so they hung on to it.

Hi Steve, the table arrived about half an hour ago all in one piece, and a very nice delivery driver, tried to persuade him to go down to the beach for a break, but he did not have time, what a long way to drive from Ipswich.

Our table is very nice indeed, the colour is a bit more orange than we expected but will get used to us, ie a brighter colour than we thought. Probably we shoul have gone for mahogany, but as we have a mixture of wood in the lounge, it does not matter, I was trying to match it to my Rosewood desk. It is very similar though to the picture on the web. The glass is very nice too.

I must draw your attention to one possible critic. The corner cabinet. When you open the door when the cabinet is empty it falls forward. It is Ok once it has been weighted down with contents but perhaps this it could be looked into in future.
